Massport in Boston is seeking an Assistant to the Chief Infrastructure Officer who is highly organized, proactive, and trusted to support an executive office in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of executive administrative support experience, with superb organizational, communication, and writing skills and the ability to handle confidential information while coordinating complex initiatives.

You bring strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and possess the adaptability, resourcefulness, and project coordination skills needed to keep complex initiatives moving forward while supporting organizational goals and operational excellence.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, training, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.
