Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role.
• Familiarity with customer service principles.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing day-to-day strategies.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (pricing merchandise, processing sales).
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
• Ensure all employees adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
• Ability to exercise good judgement in day-to-day situations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to including opening and closing shifts.
• Highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, neighbors, vendors, and employees), strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity.
