Job summary

The New York State Department of Civil Service is seeking an Assistant Test Center Supervisor to assist the Test Center Supervisor in managing and overseeing test administration at designated test sites.

The role requires coordinating facility setup, guiding test staff, ensuring proper materials and testing environment, and traveling to different school districts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 2 years customer service and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to work with a diverse population in a calm, courteous manner under stressful conditions.
• Willingness to travel to testing sites throughout the district.

• Assisting the Test Center Supervisor with the receipt, distribution, and return of test material in a secure manner.
• Travel will be required throughout the School Districts.
