Job summary

New York State Department of Civil Service is seeking an Assistant Test Center Supervisor to aid the Test Center Supervisor in managing test administration at a test site. You will support facility setup, provide staff and candidate assistance, and ensure test materials and environment are properly prepared.

Travel throughout the School Districts is expected, and candidates must have strong customer service experience and supervisory skills to maintain calm, courteous operations under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work with a diverse population in a calm and courteous manner under stressful conditions.
