Job summary

Axyde Analytics, LLC is recruiting for an Assistant Terminal Manager to support safe and reliable aircraft and ground fuel services at the Warren AFB site in Cheyenne, WY. This on-site role requires a qualified team leadership and adherence to the Fuels Terminal Manager standard.

Applicants must have at least two years in fuels/terminal roles and possess the Appendix D experience, plus the TM/Responsible Officer course completion before acting-TM duties.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant commercial or military fuels experience before hire/start.
• Appendix D specifies two years of specialized experience in Accountant, Dispatcher/Computer Operator and Lead FDSO positions.
• Fuels Terminal Manager/Responsible Officer course completed before any acting-TM assignment.
• Government resume approval required.
• Full-time onsite; no routine fuel-accountant or dispatcher assignment.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, reliable aircraft and ground fuel services within your assigned discipline.
• Manage operations with a fully qualified site team and accountable leadership.
• Lead safe operations and provide qualified relief without routinely filling accountant or dispatcher roles.
• Document evidence of qualifications, assignments, and duties for review.
