Job summary

Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking an Assistant Terminal Manager for the Malmstrom AFB, onsite. The role supports safe and reliable aircraft and ground fuel services with accountable operations and a fully qualified site team within the assigned discipline.

Anticipated mobilization is April 2027; employment depends on award and approvals. Detailed qualifications include at least two years of fuels experience and completion of the Fuels Terminal Manager/Responsible Officer course.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant commercial or military fuels experience before hire/start, including terminal/bulk/distribution, systems maintenance, laboratory and environmental work as applicable.
• Appendix D requires at least two years of specialized experience in Accountant, Dispatcher/Computer Operator and Lead FDSO positions; provide dated evidence.
• Fuels Terminal Manager / Responsible Officer course completed before any acting-TM assignment.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, reliable aircraft and ground fuel services and accountable operations.
• Maintain a fully qualified site team within the assigned discipline.
• Complete site orientation, safety, environmental/spill training and base access prior to unsupervised duties.
