Job Description:

KI, a global supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for various environments, is seeking a full-time Assistant Team Leader for our Green Bay manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift. The 3rd shift includes a $3.00/hour shift differential, with a $1.00/hour raise within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Team Leader in conveying goals, huddle information, and making decisions related to job rotation
• Make suggestions for cell staffing needs
• Support technician training
• Ensure all cell technicians have necessary materials and that schedules, downtime, and quality issues are documented
• Support production as needed
• Operate all equipment in the cell effectively and safely
• Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen events and layout planning
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Work in warm areas

• 3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM, Sunday night to Friday morning
• Shift premium of $3.00/hour
