Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead with day-to-day leadership of Research Analysts
• Review and validate junior analysts' work for accuracy and quality
• Conduct quality reviews with emphasis on non-reportable information requests
• Identify discrepancies requiring escalation and further research
• Assist with derogatory information assessments and vetting activities
• Help manage workloads and coordinate assignments to meet deadlines
• Provide guidance to junior analysts on processes and procedures
• Coach and mentor analysts on research practices and quality expectations
• Provide feedback on routine inquiries, findings, and work products
• Escalate issues affecting accuracy or timeliness to Team Lead
• Support onboarding, training, and development of analysts
• Promote adherence to procedures and quality standards
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
