The Department of Learning & Performance Systems (LPS) invites applications for an Assistant Teaching Professor position to support its fully online master’s degree in Organization Development and Change (ODC) and other LPS programs, as needed. students to design and implement organization development and continuous improvement initiatives. Faculty in this role contribute to a collaborative instructional team and engage students in applied, globally informed coursework aligned with professional standards. This non-tenure-line position is a 48-week faculty appointment, with the possibility of renewal and has primary responsibilities in teaching and graduate advising, as well as in supporting program administration. Faculty in LPS are part of a collegial, student-centered department that prioritizes strong teaching, thoughtful collaboration, and a positive, supportive work environment.
