• (4) contribute to the NYIT community through service activities such as student academic advising and mentoring, recruitment initiatives, and department- college- and school-wide committees.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field by the time of appointment.
• Demonstrated success in undergraduate teaching and a commitment to educating students from different backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expected start date: Jan 2027 or Sept 2027 depending on candidate availability
