We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Montessori Teacher to join our team, working with our Toddler program (18 months–3 years). Our ideal candidate has experience with ages 0-3 years.

The candidate must have:

• A Love for the Child: A genuine interest in the Montessori philosophy and a deep respect for the child’s natural development and independence
• A Supportive Presence: Ability to assist the Lead Teacher in maintaining a peaceful, orderly, and engaging prepared environment—the heart of the Montessori classroom.
• Team Player: Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, collaborative attitude when working with co‑workers and parents.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with young children (ages 18 months–6 years) is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required [Minimum educational requirement]
