At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. AEL was established to serve the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout Arkansas through Early Head Start and Head Start. We provide transformational learning programs in a childcare setting, including FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K educational childcare/daycare programs across 16 counties in Arkansas. We are educators, implementing education curricula from as early as 6 weeks old, and offer a variety of child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment.

The Program Assistant/Teacher Aide is an entry-level position focused on ensuring comprehensive Head Start services are provided to children and families. This role involves assisting staff in creating rich learning opportunities that support each child's development and education through the Center environment.
Arkansas Early Learning offers a full-time schedule with weekends off, 33 paid days off in the first year, competitive pay, paid training, and a benefits package including health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
