At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, regardless of their circumstances. AEL serves the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout Arkansas through Early Head Start and Head Start programs. We provide transformational learning experiences in a caring, safe environment, including FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K educational childcare/daycare programs across 16 counties with multiple centers. We are educators from as early as 6 weeks old, implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum and offering various child and family support services.

The Program Assistant/Assistant Teacher is an entry-level position responsible for ensuring comprehensive Head Start services are provided to enrolled children and families. The role involves supporting staff in creating enriching learning opportunities that build on daily routines and support each child's development and education.
