Child Development Schools, Inc. seeks an Assistant Teacher to assist the Lead Teacher with engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity and growth. You will help create a warm, safe classroom and support daily routines, meals, and outdoor time.

You will observe children, share notes with the Lead Teacher, and maintain strong communication with families while supporting attendance and daily reporting processes.

Formación

• At least 18 years old
• Background check required
• Genuine care for children and safety commitment
• Strong communication and family relationship skills
• Physical ability to work with young children

Responsabilidades

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
