The Goddard School of Hilliard is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our caring team. You will support lead teachers to create a safe, engaging classroom for young children and help implement age-appropriate activities that promote growth.

Your role includes assisting with daily routines, potty training, and communicating progress to families. We offer ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive, upbeat environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Early Childhood Education degree or coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience working with young children preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, patient attitude.
