La Petite Academy in Centerville, OH is hiring Assistant Teachers to support daily care and learning in our childcare center. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, organized classroom, and engage with families to communicate children's progress.

We offer flexible hours with a 9am-6pm or equivalent closing schedule, bi-weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Engage with families to share updates on children's progress and needs.
• Care for children daily and assist with activities in indoor/outdoor settings.

Assistant Teachers:

We want energetic, dependable individuals, with a passion for working with children, who have:

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.


• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.


• The ability to work a closing scheduled (9am-6pm or equivalent)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $14.47-$15.03 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
