Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children and support families in a safe, nurturing setting. You will follow licensing guidelines, keep a clean, organized classroom, and collaborate with teammates to ensure daily care.

You will observe and plan for children, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. We value energetic, dependable people who want to learn and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Willing to complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
