Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers and communities.

You will implement KinderCare's curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment for children, and partner with parents to support each child's learning and development. You will work with center staff to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational ability.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education and development.
• Support the center’s success; collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
