Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to help deliver high-quality early childhood education. You will implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can grow and explore.

You will partner with families to support each child’s development and engage with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals. This role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and a love of learning, with opportunities to grow within a nationwide network of early education

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to stay organized while multitasking.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn through play.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and wellbeing.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
