Our Associate teachers play a key role in our Montessori classrooms, creating high-quality learning opportunities for infants, toddlers, preschool, and kindergarten-aged students (birth through 6 years old). This full-time position involves working alongside trained Montessori teachers as part of a teaching team to foster a lifelong love of learning in our students.

Associate Responsibilities

  • Support classroom activities under the guidance of trained Montessori teachers and collaborate with the team;
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment aligned with Montessori principles;
  • Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed;
  • Engage in positive redirection and maintain a positive learning environment;
  • Communicate with parents regarding routine matters about students’ health and care.

Associate Requirements

  • Minimum: CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework;
  • At least 18 years old;
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Human Development.
