Job summary

The Learning Experience of Troy is seeking dedicated teachers for full-time and part-time Assistant Teacher roles. Responsibilities include ensuring child safety, implementing daily curriculum, communicating with parents, and fostering a warm, nurturing classroom. Training and development hours are provided.

Wages are based on education and experience; opportunities for health insurance and paid time off are available after eligibility periods.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with children.
• Childcare and/or Preschool experience preferred: 1 year.
• Willing to continue on-going training and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Learning Experience of Troy is looking to add professional, highly motivated, and passionate teachers to our team (full-time and part-time). We strive to provide the very best care for our preschool and child-care programs. Full-time (Monday-Friday) positions include paid holidays and time off within your first year, and the option to elect health insurance after your first 90 days. CPR/First Aid training is provided as well as other required professional development hours. Wages are based on education and experience.
