Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children and support families in our daycare centers. We emphasize a safe, engaging classroom and teamwork with a dedicated staff.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, a generous childcare discount, immediate benefits, and opportunities for training, tuition reimbursement, and credential assistance through our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.

Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Assistant Teacher- $12.73-13.23
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers
