Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience or credentials.
• Opening, closing, or full-time shift availability.
• Strong organization, communication, and classroom-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-quality, age-appropriate classroom experience.
• Help implement engaging lesson plans and learning activities.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, well-organized classroom.
• Supervise children and support daily routines, transitions, and classroom ratios.
• Support each child’s developmental needs and adjust activities as needed.
• Work closely with the Lead Teacher, families, and center leadership.
• Follow all health, safety, licensing, and classroom-ratio requirements.
• Step into Lead Teacher responsibilities when needed.
• Complete annual professional-development requirements (24 PD hours or 8 college credits each year).
