Qualifications

• Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent and are able to pass a background check.
• Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
