Job description

We are looking to hire an Assistant Teacher/Floater.
No experience needed but a +/ Immediate hire.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the daily classroom schedule in accordance with our curriculum.
2. Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
3. Assist in keeping a safe, sanitary classroom environment.
4. Maintain overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines in our employee handbook.
5. Assist in other capacities that the Director or designee determines are necessary.
6. Adhere to all company, DCF policies and procedures.
7. Be a team player.
8. Cleaning is a main job requirement.
9. Must have a love for children and want to make a difference in a child's life.
10. Be friendly and approachable.
11. Work with teachers and assistants inside the classroom.
12. We are willing to train; no experience needed/no courses/classes needed, but will need to complete them within the first 90 days of employment online courses.

Requirements:

1. Be a team player.
2. Have a warm, approachable disposition.
3. Position is Monday-Friday -- 8:30-5:30 OR 9:30am-6:30pm (must be able to work Monday-Friday, no exceptions).
4. Background screening required.
