Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to support daily care and learning activities for children in a licensed, inclusive daycare environment. You will help maintain a clean, engaging classroom, observe and plan activities, and communicate with families to track development and needs.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in daily care of children and classroom activities.
• Engage with families to share updates and progress.
• Support training and apply childcare practices as directed by supervisors.
