Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to join our child care centers in Washington. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain an engaging classroom, and work closely with families to support each child's development.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
