Learning Care in Brookline, MA is hiring Assistant Teachers to provide daily care and education for children in a warm, engaging classroom. You will follow licensing guidelines, support observation and planning for each child, and communicate with families to foster a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state/accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
