Job summary

Learning Care Group in Montvale, NJ is hiring Assistant Teachers to nurture and educate children in a supportive environment. This role emphasizes following licensing guidelines, engaging with each child, and maintaining a clean, interactive classroom.

Full-time position with Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, immediate benefits, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and credential assistance through our Master Teacher Program.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.04 - $19.67 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
