Learning Care Group in Rye Brook, NY is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a caring childcare team. This role supports children and families and helps grow engaged learners in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include following licensing guidelines, maintaining a fun, interactive classroom, observing and planning for children, and communicating with families. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun,interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

• Love to learn! Complete extensive training onchildcare, preschooland childdevelopment topics.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.04-18.74 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
