Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a caring team at our Brooklyn Park, MN centers. You will help care for children, support daily classroom activities, and ensure a clean, organized environment while adhering to licensing guidelines.

You will engage with families, observe and plan activities, and complete required training to grow in the role. Training and tuition assistance are provided along with a strong benefits package.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $17.69-$18.38 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
