Bright Horizons in Fort Meyers, FL is hiring a Full-time Assistant Teacher to work with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will assist with hands-on activities, maintain open communication with families, and support coverage across centers as needed. Candidates must pass background checks and meet state requirements (18+, HS diploma/GED).

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.
• Florida Care Provider Clearinghouse Background Screening and state training hours are required/established by regulations.

• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
