Child Development Schools and local affiliates are seeking an enthusiastic assistant teacher to nurture young learners in a safe, engaging classroom. You will support the lead teacher, help plan activities, and build strong partnerships with families to promote growth.

Your Role as an Assistant Teacher

Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

• Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent and are able to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!


• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.


• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.


• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
