Job summary

Learning Care Group in Oklahoma City is hiring Assistant Teachers to nurture and support young learners and their families in a caring, engaging environment.

You will follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families. Training on childcare topics will be provided to help you grow professionally within the company.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care of each child in a safe, clean, and engaging classroom.
• Engage families through clear communication and ongoing updates about child progress.
• Participate in training programs to enhance childcare knowledge and teaching skills.
