Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children and collaborate with families in a supportive daycare setting. We offer benefits, flexible schedules, training, tuition reimbursement and our Master Teacher Program.

We seek energetic individuals who meet state requirements and are able to engage in activities with children. Positions are Monday–Friday with full-time hours, health insurance, a 401(k) match and child care discounts.

Qualifications

• Meet state or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Assistant Teachers

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation range of $15.45-$16.05 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
