Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to support daily care for children and families in a nurturing, structured classroom. You will follow licensing guidelines and partner with families to support each child's development.

We offer extensive training on childcare topics, a positive workplace, and opportunities to advance through the Master Teacher Program. Flexible schedules, no nights or weekends, and a supportive team create a balanced work environment.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care of each child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care of children and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
