Job summary

Childtime on Center Road is hiring an Assistant Teacher to inspire lifelong learners in a hands-on childcare setting. You’ll help with daily care, maintain a welcoming classroom, and support families through observation and communication.

The role requires meeting state requirements and engaging in indoor/outdoor activities with children, with compensation based on education and experience. Part-time schedule, bi-weekly pay available.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $14.42-$14.98 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
