Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children and support families in a welcoming center. You will help maintain a fun, safe classroom, observe and plan for child development, and communicate with families regularly.

The role includes extensive training, opportunities for credential assistance, and a positive team environment. Flexible schedules are offered, with no nights or weekends, supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Meet state or accreditation education/experience requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with physical activity.
• Willingness to complete childcare training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare topics.
