Learning Care Group in Leesburg, VA is seeking Assistant Teachers to join a caring team that serves children and families every day. We value people who bring energy and a passion for helping kids.

You’ll follow licensing guidelines, maintain a fun, organized classroom, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families. We offer flexible schedules, benefits, and opportunities for ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
