Job summary

The Children's Courtyard is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children, support families, and contribute to a joyful early education environment. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain an engaging classroom, and learn through ongoing training to help children grow into lifelong learners.

We value energetic, dependable individuals who love working with children and can adapt to daily activities indoors or outdoors in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Able to be active indoors or outdoors with children.
• Passion for helping children learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and center standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe and effectively communicate with families about their child’s development.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
