Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher in Coronado, CA. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.

You'll support center success, work with staff and leadership toward enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state specific qualifications or be willing to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Range of pay $16.90 - $19.45 Hourly
