Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support families and elementary-aged kids by implementing our curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment. You will engage with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.

You will work with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, building strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Range of pay $17.75 - $20.45 Hourly
