Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's needs

  • Collaborate with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
  • Maintain positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners
Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
  • Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Ability to assume low postures for engagement and safety, with good hearing and vision
  • Proficiency in English for communication with children and parents
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly range: $12.50 - $32.00
