Job summary

Learning Care Group in Florida is hiring Assistant Teachers to join our caring team. We offer a supportive workplace with flexible schedules, no nights or weekends, and immediate access to benefits, including tuition reimbursement and our Master Teacher Program.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will help create a safe, engaging classroom, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families while following licensing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Observe, assess, and plan for children's development.
• Communicate effectively with families about child progress and needs.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
