Job summary

La Petite Academy in Williamsburg is hiring Assistant Teachers who are passionate about caring for children and supporting families. You will help create a safe, engaging classroom environment, follow licensing guidelines, and support daily activities with energy and creativity.

You’ll develop observation and planning skills, communicate with parents, and participate in ongoing training including credential assistance.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet state licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Ability to engage in indoor and outdoor activities with children.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and credential support.

Responsibilities

Assistant Teachers:
