Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Urbandale, IA is seeking Assistant Teachers to join our team. The hourly wage range is $14.40-$15.75 DOE, and hours are 6:30am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday.

As a New Horizon Academy educator, you will work with children in a supportive classroom, backed by our staff, and you may qualify for WAGE$ and state childcare assistance. We offer health insurance, a 401K match, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday.
Must be available to work any shift between 6:30am and 6:00pm.
Demonstrate positive work ethic and team-centered attitude.
Willing to learn and grow as an educator.
Enjoy working with children!
Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required.
