Job summary

Children of America, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Teacher in Indianapolis, IN to support early childhood education. You will work with a team to implement daily lesson plans, create a safe and engaging environment, and communicate professionally with families and staff.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a childcare setting. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with potential for growth through internal advancement and benefits.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The Hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 to $16.00 hourly. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
