The Goddard School of Sanatoga, PA is seeking a motivated and caring Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in creating engaging programs and maintaining a safe, welcoming classroom. You will bring energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through active engagement and positive interactions.
• Prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, clean, inviting learning environment.
• Supervise and provide individualized support to children and foster a sense of belonging.
• Assist in communicating with families about child progress and daily activities.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment.
• Support daily care routines and tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment.
