Job summary

Learning Care Group in Gainesville, VA is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers to support daily child care and education in a caring environment.

You will help maintain an engaging classroom, follow licensing guidelines, and participate in training to support children’s development and family communication. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality care in a community-focused daycare setting.

Qualifications

• Willingness to follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.

• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
