Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers in Norman, OK. You will help care for children day-to-day, maintain a safe, engaging classroom, and support families with updates and communication.

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child; maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
